Price Match Guarantee
Whenever you shop with Bedmark we want you to know you're getting a great deal. The Bedmark Price Match Refund is your guarantee that you're never paying too much for any of our Bedmark offers.

It's simple. We're so confident that we're offering you a fantastic deal, we'll refund the difference if you find the same product or service cheaper on any other UK website within 24 hours of your purchase.

To request a price match refund, just email info@bedmark.co.uk including: the name of the website where the product is cheaper, and a telephone number, address, website, and email if available. We will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.

Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of bedmark.co.uk, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

Terms and Conditions
You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

  • The bedmark.co.uk refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and the goods in stock and immediately available and goods are priced accurately.
  • Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase online at the website, bedmark.co.uk.

    When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
  • Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price. The delivery service must be of similar lead times.
  • The bedmark.co.uk refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
  • The bedmark.co.uk refund guarantee is limited to up to 24 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, goods and must be delivered to the same address.
  • The bedmark.co.uk refund guarantee does not include any purchases made through auctions
  • The bedmark.co.uk refund guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
