Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquiries is dealt with as quickly as possible. Delivery time is approximately 10 -15 working days, unless otherwise stated or prearranged. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing with many other mail order companies can be and we endeavour to meet and exceed all your expectations with one-to-one personal service.
Payment is accepted by most UK credit and Debit cards, using our shopping cart system which is fully supported by a secure server protecting your card details. However if you wish to pay by alternative method please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or 0871 789 4924 for details.
If your purchase is faulty in any way please contact us by email or phones us within 24 hours and a replacement will be with you as soon as we can.
Next Day Deliveries
All next day deliveries are delivered by courier from 8am and up to 6pm on the required day. For next day delivery we must have received the order with cleared payment and a contact telephone number by 1pm the previous day. Any orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. If a Monday delivery is required we must receive the order by 1pm the Friday before.
All of our products are delivered free of charge to a England or Wales mainland address. We do charge for Scotland and Ireland or Northern Ireland deliveries, this is to simply cover the private courier costs. You can arrange your own courier service who can collect direct from us or we can deliver to a mainland port or warehouse for you, free of charge. Where delivery is quoted as 15 working days we will deliver to the dedicated courier within the 15 working days and delivery may take 5 - 10 working days after that.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department with images of the damage as soon as possible and not later than 24 hours after receiving the order on 0871 789 4924, or alternatively email email@example.com.
We are able to send goods to customers overseas (with the exception of certain products).Please contact us for further information.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of BedMarks control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
